The Traveling Palette will come to your office, home, clubhouse, or any location of your choosing. We will bring all supplies (canvas, brushes, easels, aprons, paint, etc.) and one or our trained artist/instructors will guide the painting session step-by-step. No travel fee for a minimum of 10 guests. This is option is perfect for surprise birthday parties, corporate events, book clubs, and much much more. Raise Your Palette fund raising events:
Our roots are in Charlotte and the community has helped and defined us on many levels. It is with deep appreciation that we proudly give back to our community by hosting a monthly Raise Your Palette fundraising event. Proceeds from the event are donated to a local nonprofit group. Fundraising organization selection is determined by the owners or by our customers. Want to help select a group or know a local organization that could use our help? Group Events:
- If you want to have a private party, we would need a guaranteed minimum of ten (10) people secured by a credit card. The maximum for the space is 30 people. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if the party is cancelled less than 7 days before its scheduled date.
- We supply the paint, canvases, easels, brushes, corkscrews and aprons. You may bring your beverages of choice along with snacks or appetizers.
- The painting portion of the event will last about 2 hours (space is reserved for up to 4 hours).
- Other portions of your party (speeches, toasts, presentations, awards, announcements, etc.) will be determined during consultation.
- You may bring your own food and beverages. We will happy to help you set up and break down.
- We are happy to offer consultation for catering options, wine and beverage selection and everything else that will make your event special.

Children's Events:
Our children's events are designed to capture and celebrate their creativity. Children's events we commonly host include:
- Mommy'n'Me/Daddy'n'Me: Need a little quality time? These interactive classes allow you and your child to discover your inner artist together. Activities are catered to children 5 & up. All supplies are included at a price of only $35 per adult and $15 per child.
- Parents' Time Out: The Wine Palette offers relaxed kid-friendly classes on Sundays for children 8 & up. Children will receive art instruction and then take their personal art piece home. Best of all, the children stay with us for a couple of hours, while you can enjoy a little personal time elsewhere! Cost per child is only $30.
- Birthday Parties: Celebrate your child's birthday in a fun environment that comes with its own party favor - a painting created by the child. Generally, the first hour is reserved for painting and then they'll enjoy cake and ice cream for the second hour. Reserve your party any day of the week for only $235 for 10 guests ($15 for each additional child).
